We were a party of six people that stayed at Georgia’s place for 10 nights and it was great! The location in Kapparis was a perfect fit for us with quiet surroundings and great restaurants just outside the door. While still in short taxi distance to Protaras (Fig Tree bay) and Ayia Napa. The two beaches that was closest to the Villa was also very nice. Georgia was very helpful whenever we asked anything and always replied fast. We really enjoyed the Villa and its amenities. We will sure be back! 🤩

We spend great time at this house! Not far from 2 beaches and 1 minute walk from the street with all restaurants and shops. The house looked like on photos with private territory. The host was very friendly and helped with every questions.

Квартира со всеми удобствами, две спальни, душевая с туалетом и кухня студия( диваны в которой не раскладные). Всё в хорошем состоянии. Наличие необходимой посуды,фен,утюг, smart TV и кондиционер в каждой комнате. Чисто, уютно и комфортно. На улице прекрасная веранда в тени. Очень удобное расположение, тихий район, рядом супермаркеты ( что редкость) , 5 минут к набережной и на пляж. Вежливый и добрый хозяин.

Lovely Villa in a great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to both Kapparis and Malima beaches. Lovely and clean, great pool, jacuzzi and outdoor space for sunbathing and relaxing and great sun roof terrace as well. We had a lovely welcome pack and had to contact hosts about a couple of little things which were answered and sorted immediately. Great hosts and Villa would highly recommend.
