top of all very proactive host. place was spotless. well built new furniture. Location was convenient. 5 mins walk to local Beach. 10 min drive to Larnaca Airport. 2 min walk to local bus stop to go to town centre and shopping mall. Property is well located, all amenities were there to use in excellent condition. Impeccably clean and cozy. The Owner of the apartment has been excellent and responsive. couldn’t believe, he ordered new Garden Furniture with launchers the next day we moved in. would definitely, recommend and can’t wait to stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Regards.

I travelled with a baby of 8 months old and 78 years old grandmom. We all found it comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The property is nice, was clean. Very close to a small beach which is perfect. Less crowded. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice area. The property could do better in terms of infrastructure.It has all the basic amenities I missed having a micro wave, some extra kitchen equipments but it’s the extra’s that could make the experience even better. The pool is well maintained.

Lovely villa in a great location. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to Protaras and 15 minutes to Ayia Napa. Walking distance to a variety of beaches and fabulous neighbours that were very helpful in recommending local restaurants.Plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance of the Villa. I would highly recommend for both a family or group holiday, especially for the price. All around, myself and 5 others had a great stay 👍

This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.
