We spend great time at this house! Not far from 2 beaches and 1 minute walk from the street with all restaurants and shops. The house looked like on photos with private territory. The host was very friendly and helped with every questions.

We stayed at villa levanda #40We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and will definitely remember it fondly. The area is beautiful and, most importantly, very peaceful, which makes it a great place to truly relax. We would recommend having a car, especially if you are staying for a whole week, as most places and shops are quite a distance away. We used a car throughout our stay, and it was definitely the most convenient option for us.What we really liked:* the villa was clean and nicely decorated, * the swimming pool was regularly cleaned and very well maintained, * the kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and useful kitchen items, * the large dining table was perfect for spending time together, * very good communication with the agency – everything could be arranged quickly and easily, * the area was quiet and pleasant, * overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.Things that could be improved:The sun loungers definitely need to be replaced, four of them were damaged and were not suitable for comfortable use. It would also be helpful to provide some basic cleaning supplies. We understand that guests cannot necessarily expect a full set of cleaning products for the entire stay, but having at least one basic cleaning product and more cleaning cloths would be very useful. The vacuum cleaner is also quite old and could use an upgrade.The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the large number of ants. There were a lot of them, and they appeared almost immediately, even after leaving just a small crumb or a drop of spilled drink. This meant that we had to clean very frequently and constantly make sure that nothing was left on the counters or floor. We understand that insects can be difficult to completely eliminate in a warm climate, but it would be worth considering additional measures to prevent ants from getting into the villa.Despite these few issues, we wers overall very happy with our stay. The villa has many great qualities, and the peaceful location, cleanliness, good facilities and excellent communication with the agency all contributed to a very positive experience. We hope our feedback will be helpful in making the property even better for future guests.

Wir haben die Villa sehr genossen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sensationell , Restaurant, Supermarket und Strand sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Badezimmer sind eher klein. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Zu empfehlen wäre noch ein zusätzliches Set Badetücher. Die Villa würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
