She messaged me prior to check in with all the info required to enter the property and the photos were extremely accurate. The villa is located right by the ocean and you can take a lovely & very scenic coastal walk into Protaras town (1hr) or rent buggies and quads from nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful and the amenities were 10/10 with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker etc. It was super clean and the pool / lounge area is stunning. Absolutely loved every second of our stay. Thank you Georgia!

The house was modern, exactly like in the photos, however it needs a small revamp (paint walls, fix the balcony glass etc - although nothing major that would affect our experience). The pool, showers and linens were clean, but a thorough cleaning in all rooms is needed. Overall, the location was great, close to all amenities but no noise from the main street at all. The garden area is very big with lots of grass to play, a clean pool and a big area to relax on the sun beds, dine on the dining table or sit on the lounge set. I would stay again!
