We stayed at this villa in Paralimni and absolutely loved it! The villa is perfect for a family vacation — spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy Cyprus: a large, clean swimming pool, a huge terrace, two floors, and a wonderful rooftop where you can sunbathe, watch the sunrise, or enjoy breathtaking sunsets.A special thanks to the host — an incredibly kind and responsive person! She is always available, replies instantly, and helps with anything you might need. Thanks to her, our stay was completely stress-free.The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to three beautiful beaches, bars, and shops. The villa also has its own private, gated parking area — only guests can enter, which gives an added sense of comfort, safety, and privacy. And around the villa, there are many scenic walking trails where you can enjoy nature, the sea breeze, and the stunning Cypriot landscapes.We highly recommend this place! It’s truly somewhere you’ll want to come back to again

Our stay at this villa in Cyprus was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa was spotless and had every comfort you could wish for. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, down to the smallest details like a rag, sponge, and top-quality appliances—nothing extra needed to be bought.The villa's layout is versatile, essentially allowing it to be split into two separate apartments, which was very convenient for hosting guests. The bedrooms had nice, firm mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Outside, the spacious veranda and a great outdoor kitchen added to the appeal, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful weather.The on-site gym and pool were a wonderful addition, allowing us to stay active without ever needing to leave the property. All in all, this villa offers an unmatched experience in Cyprus—highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, worry-free stay!

Відпочивали в цих апартаментах в серпні 24 року. Нас було 3 дорослих і одна дитина. Квартира просторна, світла, чиста, знаходиться близько до пляжу Pernera Beach. Якщо відпочиваєте в високий сезон - це кращий пляж. Ніссі біч буде залюдненим і брудним, а цей пляж малолюдний, чистий, з необхідною інфраструктурою. Нюанс - камʼянистмй вхід, але тапочки для плавання легко вирішують цю проблему.В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання. Дуже ввічлива власниця житла. Вона відгукувалася на всі наші запитання. А коли нам перенесли зворотній рейс на літак, не дивлячись на те, що в неї не було змоги надати нам пізній виїзд через приїзд нових гостей, залишила наші валізи у себе, і домовилася про душ для нас в сусідньому готелі, щоб ми не сиділи в душному місті, а могли очікувати рейс на пляжі. Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цих апартаментах.
