There are restorants and wonderfull beaches near to the house. As in the beck yard you can use parking I recommen to rent a car and explore the island. Cyprus is beautiful place with nice cuisine.

On quiet days, we enjoyed the pool and the basement recreation room, fun for the adults as well as the kids.A grocery store and bus stop were just 3 minutes away, with easy access to lively Ayia Napa and in the other direction, to the more peaceful Protaras with it's lovely Fig Tree Bay (Protaras Beach).The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. A/C in all bed- and living rooms was very convenient to say the least. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.We’re leaving with great memories and would love to return!

Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

The fridge was full of beers ,variety of soft drinks and wine and many more goods. The home is very very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the basement was like a paradise for the kids ( and the adults)with pool table, ping pong,darts,big Tv . The location is in a walk distance from the turtle bay and Konnos beach that was amazing , every morning we open with snorkeling with turtles!!! We will definitely come back . Thank you very much.

Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.
