The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, down to the smallest details like a rag, sponge, and top-quality appliances—nothing extra needed to be bought.The villa's layout is versatile, essentially allowing it to be split into two separate apartments, which was very convenient for hosting guests. The bedrooms had nice, firm mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Outside, the spacious veranda and a great outdoor kitchen added to the appeal, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful weather.The on-site gym and pool were a wonderful addition, allowing us to stay active without ever needing to leave the property. All in all, this villa offers an unmatched experience in Cyprus—highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, worry-free stay!

Lovely villa in a great location. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to Protaras and 15 minutes to Ayia Napa. Walking distance to a variety of beaches and fabulous neighbours that were very helpful in recommending local restaurants.Plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance of the Villa. I would highly recommend for both a family or group holiday, especially for the price. All around, myself and 5 others had a great stay 👍

The house is the perfect size for a family of 4 with each other the bedrooms a good size. The outdoor seating area and private pool are perfect for the kids. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beech and all local restaurants, coffee shops etc.Georgia, our host, was incredibly kind and accommodating with great comms throughout. We will definitely be back!

We have just returned home after the most wonderful week here. Nothing major, but the villa could do with a little bit of maintenance and TLC but I accept that we were late in the season and assume that most of this will happen in quieter months. We only had one set of towels each for the week and whilst there is a washing machine I’d expect maybe at least two sets each for a weeks stay, we went and bought some cheapy beach towels to use around the pool etc, so we could wash and keep our bath towels fresh. The villa itself is stunning and set in a beautiful location with plenty of local amenities (you must try Zorbas and Sashiko!), it is really well equipped and Georgia as a host was brilliant in helping me from the minute we booked. She even arranged a cocktail set for us (enjoy!). It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The roof terrace has amazing views but could do with some furniture and sun loungers up there. I’ll 100% be staying here again. Thank you Georgia! 💙
