We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation!The house is beautiful, bright, and incredibly cozy. Everything inside feels fresh, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.One thing we especially loved was how peaceful and quiet it was. The house is located on a private street behind a gate and set further back from the road, so there was virtually no noise at all—perfect for relaxing.The host was wonderful: very friendly, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever we had a question.The location is also excellent. There are two lovely beaches within about a 5-minute walk, giving you great options depending on where you’d like to spend the day.We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Cyprus!

The villa is well situated and has great potential to offer a memorable stay.However, I believe more attention should be given to cleanliness. While the rooms are well laid out, some details could be better maintained. Lovely villa with a lot of indoor and outdoor space.Pool is great to have and was clean.Cleaning for pool was also done twice in a week .The house have everything you need for a stay.10 mins walk to beech and many restaurants near by.Walk around the beech and you reach Fig Tree Bay in 35 mins..perfect location.Host was very quick on answering all questions and also arranged good breakfast for us in the apartment.100% recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Moderne Einrichtung und toller Garten mit Pool. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und man kann sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch -Untergang genießen. Toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. Wir waren zu viert und drei Schlafzimmer sind echt super. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagefläche und keine Steckdose. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Leider haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.

Lovely Villa in a great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to both Kapparis and Malima beaches. Lovely and clean, great pool, jacuzzi and outdoor space for sunbathing and relaxing and great sun roof terrace as well. We had a lovely welcome pack and had to contact hosts about a couple of little things which were answered and sorted immediately. Great hosts and Villa would highly recommend.
