The villa itself is very modern and clean with a large open plan kitchen/lounge, patio doors opening on to the pool area, it’s with in walking distance to some restaurant and shops but it’s a good 10mins drive to the main district of Protaras.The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage.Bathrooms are very small and the shower cubicles doors didn’t close properly. There is obviously another villa they rent out and the photos that are shown of the bathroom is of the other villa, also could do with more toilet paper as quite spare.Not ideal if you like privacy for sunbathing as there is only some trees separating the villas and also next door used to come in to our villa’s garden as a short cut as shown in photo.If only staying for a week there is no clean towels and you’re expected to wash them you’re self as there is a washing machine.Pool looked cloudy even tho the pool guy came to clean it once while we were there and also it left our bathing clothes green!.Could do with a booklet with some info about the villa and things to do, taxi numbers etc.

Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Responsive to all of our needs and really flexible when we needed it.We visited in Winter, and considering most other areas in this part of Cyprus close down in November, Kapparis largely remains open and is really nice and quiet.Highly highly recommend a stay at Georgia’s

Christina apartaments to cudowne miejsce.Wspaniała lokalizacja,blisko sklepów,restauracji i przepięknej plaży Fig Tree Bay(wg mnie ładniejsza niż Nissi Beach).Naprzeciwko apartamentu pr!ystanek autobusowy, z którego można dojechać do pięknych miejsc na wyspie.Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne (kuchnia z całym sprzętem,łazienka)i oczywiście duży taras z którego widać morze.Zameldiwanie bez problemu. This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Allegra. Great location, walkable to both Penera and Protaras. The Villa is beautifully decorated with a fabulous outside space, we would definitely look to stay again. The owner was also very flexible with check in time, and very responsive with any questions.
