We stayed at this villa in Paralimni and absolutely loved it! The villa is perfect for a family vacation — spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy Cyprus: a large, clean swimming pool, a huge terrace, two floors, and a wonderful rooftop where you can sunbathe, watch the sunrise, or enjoy breathtaking sunsets.A special thanks to the host — an incredibly kind and responsive person! She is always available, replies instantly, and helps with anything you might need. Thanks to her, our stay was completely stress-free.The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to three beautiful beaches, bars, and shops. The villa also has its own private, gated parking area — only guests can enter, which gives an added sense of comfort, safety, and privacy. And around the villa, there are many scenic walking trails where you can enjoy nature, the sea breeze, and the stunning Cypriot landscapes.We highly recommend this place! It’s truly somewhere you’ll want to come back to again

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Allegra. Great location, walkable to both Penera and Protaras. The Villa is beautifully decorated with a fabulous outside space, we would definitely look to stay again. The owner was also very flexible with check in time, and very responsive with any questions. Cette dernière est très bien située, à proximité des restaurants et de la plage et à seulement 15 min en voiture de Aya napa. La communication avec Georgia était également très simple et cette dernière était très réactive. Je recommande cette maison !!

Georgia was very responsive and immediately resolved the issue (our bbq was missing but that was resolved 5 minutes later). The house was modern, exactly like in the photos, however it needs a small revamp (paint walls, fix the balcony glass etc - although nothing major that would affect our experience). The pool, showers and linens were clean, but a thorough cleaning in all rooms is needed. Overall, the location was great, close to all amenities but no noise from the main street at all. The garden area is very big with lots of grass to play, a clean pool and a big area to relax on the sun beds, dine on the dining table or sit on the lounge set. I would stay again!

This villa was beautiful. Kitchen had plenty of utensils plates etc. Pool cleaner came couple of times while we were there. He was lovely and friendly and good with my grandchildren who visited. Brilliant location.
